Rentals of three hours or more receive half-hour free setup time before use. For rentals of four hours or more, a cleaning contract is required. If less than four hours, renters are responsible for cleaning up after their event and the rental period must include sufficient time to clean up properly by the end of the rental period. All users, with or without a cleaning contract, are required to break down the tables, restack the chairs, and return them to the storage room by the end of the contract period.
